ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

JANUARY 9, 2012

1:00 P.M.  Called meeting to order.  Present:  Richard B. Gorden, Ellen W. Abelson and

                  Mark J. Mazur

1. The Board discussed our hiring of a new Senior Clerk who will be starting the week of January 16^th and read a thank you note from her.

2. The Board read a notice from the state approving our Fiscal Year 2012 tax rate.

3. The Board read an article from the Patriot Ledger that mentions our Fiscal Year 2011 tax rate.

4. The Board reviewed and then approved a submission from our office for the

2011 Town Report.

5. The Board signed several Fiscal Year 2012 tax rate related documents.

6. The Board was given copies of a Performance Evaluation that was conducted

by the Director of Finance and the Town Manager.  They will review it and add their comments if they wish.

7. The Board signed two Partial Lien Releases for two parcels owned by MH Realty Trust.

8. The Board took the following actions on Fiscal Year 2012 personal

exemptions for the owners of the following properties:
